A 2G power plant is the ideal solution for anyone wanting to reduce energy costs in the long-term and wishing to protect themselves against further increases in the price of electricity.
As a pioneer, innovator and one of the world‘s leading manufacturers of distributed power generation systems using cogeneration, 2G have commissioned thousands of technologically advanced, highly efficient CHP plants since 1995.
Satisfied customers in over 40 countries confirm the quality, performance and reliability of their products and solutions.
2G’s customers range from farmers to industrial clients, municipalities, real estate industry, up to municipal utilities and big utility companies. The high level of customer satisfaction is founded on the close-knit service network as well as the high technical quality and performance of 2G power stations. Thanks to the combined heat and power performance they achieve an overall degree of efficiency between 85 percent and well above 90 percent.

As the Australian authorised 2G Partner, Evo's cogeneration plants are electrically and thermodynamically superior. They are guaranteed to be more efficient than anything else on the market. 2G Cogeneration systems are a clean, low-emission and commercially attractive way to generate heat and power for a myriad of commercial applications.
30% higher total efficiency compared to micro turbines
10% higher system availability compared to competitors
Best in class electrical efficiency. 43.7% for the Avus1000c
The 2G GBox50 has a total efficiency of 103% (34.5% electrical and 68.5% thermal efficiency)
Sizes range from 20kWe to 4000kWe
Low performance CHP systems and micro-turbines have poor electrical efficiency. This is around 35% for grid supplied electricity and as low as 28% for some other CHP brands. These units bleed out huge costs and emit much larger volumes of carbon dioxide.
In contrast, 2G CHP plants are extremely reliable and energy-efficient. They convert gaseous fuel into valuable electric and thermal energy. They utilise between 85% and 104% of all energy input for heat and power.
2G Cogeneration is the only sustainable and commercially optimised 21st century solution that will consistently surpass all competitors for sustainability and energy efficiency, benefiting your bottom line.

To further enhance the technologically leadership, 2G continuously invests in their R&D activities for gas engines for the use of natural gas, biogas and synthetic gases (e.g. hydrogen). Next to the construction of combined heat and power stations, the company, located in Westphalia in the north-west of Germany, offers integrated solutions reaching from the planning stage and installations to serial service and maintenance work.
Due to its decentral locations, scalability and projectable availability combined heat and power stations shall play a crucial role as part of intelligent networked energy systems – so called virtual power stations – within the ongoing switch to clean energy.
