CLIENT
SCOPE
Our client, a global leader in malt manufacturing committed to sustainability, is partnering with Evo Energy Technologies (Evo ET) for an energy project in Perth. The project includes the installation and ongoing service of two Avus 1200e EG Containerised CHP Engines (2 x 1,500 kW-e).
Key outcomes:
- CO2 Abatement: The implementation of the CHP engines is expected to result in a net reduction of 10,788 tonnes of CO2 emissions, contributing to the client's environmental sustainability goals.
- High Uptime Guarantee: Evo ET is offering a premium service maintenance package, aiming to ensure a minimum average annual uptime of 94%, thereby minimising operational downtime and maximising efficiency.
- Customised Solution: Evo ET is providing a tailored energy solution based on the unique energy usage requirements of the site, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
The installed CHP engines are designed to provide reliable energy, reduce peak consumption, and integrate a heat pump for enhanced efficiency. Technical recommendations include the installation of two 1.5MW cogeneration units for maximum utilisation. Evo ET is optimising the configuration to enable both grid sync and off-grid operation. This project reflects Evo ET's commitment to efficiency and sustainability, with aims to achieve CO2 reduction, uptime guarantee, and a customised solution for cost savings and reliable power supply.
